Key details about the role and the candidate

Provide technical support for key equipment, including developing effective strategies and offering guidance on technical quality and equipment performance. Take full ownership of a defined equipment group and build deep, specialized expertise in this field, acting as the company’s final point of technical escalation. Consistently strive to serve as the top‑level technical advisor.

You and the role

Being a recognized expert in your technical field, you approach fact‑finding with precision and conduct evaluations and problem‑solving with accuracy. You maintain a strong hands‑on mentality to ensure tasks are completed effectively. You are open to seeking support when needed to overcome natural limitations and you consider challenges from multiple perspectives. Your communication is fact‑based and focused on achieving results. You appreciate working with colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultures.

Primary responsibilities 

• Maintain and further develop maintenance and inspection strategies in H&P CMMS / SAP PM / Oracle EBS.
• Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve CMMS data and processes.
• Process and manage PM change requests.
• Create and further develop guidelines for CMMS documentation.
• Support internal and global audits.
• Validate data and implement data processing processes in coordination with the supervisor.
• Participate in projects and take on special tasks in coordination with the supervisor.

Experience

• Technical or commercial education or a comparable qualification.
• Very good knowledge of asset management and ideally of the SAP PM module and/or Oracle EBS.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and structured way of working.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (including Excel and Power BI).
• Knowledge of the structure and functionality of drilling rigs is an advantage.

Minimum qualifications – essential

• Qualification in asset management and SAP PM module and/or Oracle EBS.
