 Key details about the role and the candidate

 Reporting to the Maintenance team leader, the Technical Maintenance Advisor is responsible for ensuring the Technical integrity and correct operation of the Maintenance Management System (KCAD or client).  In addition, coordinate and ensure that the Rig & Maintenance Budget spend and produce cost reports as required.

You and the role

 Be the first point of contact between KCAD and the client in relation to any queries surrounding cost control management, client Maintenance Management System administration, and reporting.

Primary responsibilities

•  Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Safety Management System Procedures
•  Ensure the integrity and correct operation of the CNRI Maximo Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
•  Assist Maintenance Team Lead with Maximo administration by way of, inventory number creation, work order review and repair order review
•  Track project and R&M budgets and costs as appropriate and hold monthly client meetings
•  Liaise with the offshore Maintenance Supervisors on a daily basis to clarify maintenance material requirements
•  Distribute weekly cost reports to offshore Maintenance Supervisors to focus on R&M budget delivery targets
•  Compile and deliver client quarterly budget performance review

Experience

• Experience in a Maintenance organisation or similar technical support roleHave technical ability to discuss with onshore Maintenance Superintendents the day-to-day operations and prioritise as required
• Have necessary drilling maintenance knowledge and skills to enable decision making with regards to offshore maintenance requirements
• CMMS Administration - Maximo experience is an advantage
• Cost control management & AFE Control is an advantage
